Matt first started playing tennis when he was in 5th grade. After playing off and on for a few years, including participating in a couple of MRC’s summer camps, he began taking lessons and participating in clinics more often. Eventually, he joined the Camden Hills Regional High School boy’s tennis team as well. After graduating from CHRHS, Matt moved to Portland to attend college, and there he played tennis often, participating in numerous tournaments and USTA League matches. Matt has had the pleasure of working with many great tennis coaches in Maine, both in the Camden/Rockport area and in Portland. He is excited to give back to an organization that’s been so instrumental in developing his passion for tennis.
